Residential Parking Guide:

Renewing residential parking:

1. Log in to the Miami Parking Authority website

2. Navigate to the Find Parking page

3. Enter the following code in the  Find Parking - By Map field (40851). This is the facility or site code for our area.

   1. At the time these steps were written, entering an address in the Find Parking by Map field was not functioning correctly for our area.

4. You should now see an option to renew your residential parking permit.

**Important: Permits need to be manually renewed annually; they DO NOT renew automatically. 

Requesting visitors' parking permits:

1. Log in to the Miami Parking Authority website

2. Navigate to the Find Parking page

3. Enter the following code in the  Find Parking - By Map field (40851). This is the facility or site code for our area. 

   1. At the time these steps were written, entering an address in the Find Parking by Map field was not functioning correctly for our area.

4. You should now see an option to purchase visitor passes. 

**Important: You are allowed up to 15 visitor passes per year. To save time, consider requesting the full amount now so you don’t have to repeat the process each time you need a pass.
